According to MayoClinic.com, without regular aerobic exercise, your immune system weakens. This makes it harder for your body to fight viruses such as the flu and the common cold. So if you never exercise, you’re likely to find yourself getting sick more often.
An active life is being regularly engaged in physical activity such as walking, running, bicycling, exercising, etc. This guarantees that the individual not only becomes healthy but also begins to enjoy life. The significant difference between a sedentary lifestyle and an active lifestyle lies in health-related issues. Unlike in the case of a sedentary lifestyle where the individual is prone to be a patient with some diseases, active lifestyle allows the individual to be healthy all the time.
